Summer Youth Sports Performance CLass

Looking to be prepared for high school sports?

Learn the Basics of Athletic Performance From a Qualified High School Strength and Conditioning Coach!!

Each Class Will Consist of the Following:

  • Strength Training Fundamentals

  • Speed Training

  • Agility Training

  • Basic Education on Recovery, Rest, and Nutrition

The Coach:

Tanner Smith is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Aliso Niguel High School where he is in charge of training ANHS Football, Flag Football, Mens Swimming, Softball, and Boys/Girls Basketball. As a former collegiate athlete, Coach Tanner uses his experience from sport, and expertise from his degree in Kinesiology to teach athletes how they can accomplish their goals.

The Goal of This Camp:

To prepare middle school athletes for the demands of high school athletics by teaching them how to properly lift, run, jump, and move.
